Name: Benjamin "Ben" Eli Burke
Face Claim:
Age: Seventeen
Appearance:
Appearance wise, Benjamin definately comes off as the bad boy type. He stands at 5'11" and weighs no more than 135 lbs. He holds a slim yet muscular build and is quite capable of taking care of himself in a fight. His dark brown hair is styled in a messy fashion with bangs dangling about his face, often covering his blue eyes. Despite what most would expect, the teen has no tatoos to be noted of, nor does he plan on getting any soon. He seems to have a slight fear of needles. He does have scars though, which he recieved from fights.
Clothing Style:
His clothing holds no particular style since he never really sticks to one. He enjoys loose and comfortable clothes such as jeans and t-shirt. He does tend to wear a leather jacket if the weather will permit it. He wears his usual pair of sunglasses that seems to be his trademark item and is almost always seen with a cigarette in hand.
Type of Animal: Wolf
Animal Face Claim:
Dorm: Wolf Dorm
Personality:
At first, people find Ben is difficult to understand. Not that we don't blame them, he is rather difficult. Benjamin, like his inner wolf, is a bit of a loner. Prefering solitude above crowds any day. Having company just isn't his style. He's also known to be a bit aggressive and prone to fights which is noticable by the scars all over his body. He is mostly quiet but if he does happen to be forced into a conversation, he is either sarcastic or serious depending on his mood. He get straight to the point when talking if he has to and is very honest which is just a nice way to call him blunt. Don't ask for his opinions. Ever.
Despite all the bad, he does have some good qualities. Though he often denies it. Benjamin is in fact a kind hearted and caring fellow. He can't turn a blind eye to someone in need. But to keep from making any unwanted friends, he will often give a negative reason for helping them out. He isn't one for friends either, claiming they will only slow him down. But he does like people and the real reason he avoids them is to keep them from harm. He'd hurt too many people in his past.
History:
His past is not all that interesting. His childhood was normal. You know, he learned new stuff and was introduced to the large world. As he got older though, his life took a drastic change. His mother died and his father went into a deep depression. Sure, normally everyone gets back up after a while, but unfortunately, his father was not normal.
He seemed to get worse as time passed and drank heavily in order to take the pain away. Ben's dad was not a happy drunk mind you. He tended to get violent. And with his animal being a bear, it wasn't easy to fight back when his father decided to attack him. He managed to endure though and when he went to his father once he was sober, he told him to stop. His father agreed but this did not last long. Again, he started to drink.
Benjamin, no longer capable of handling him anymore, decided to leave and move in with his friend. His father was sorry but no matter how much he begged, Benjamin did not believe him. His sorrow soon became anger and the two never looked at each other like a family again.

He's not one to really make friends. Or relationships for that matter. But if someone is persistent enough, they may actually break through that shell of his. Lovers are about the same. If they really want him, they will have to be very persistent. He looks for a kind, loving girl who can look past all his faults.
Sample Roleplay:
Leaned against one of the many trees of the forest, Benjamin closed his eyes as he inhaled deeply the smoke from his cigarette. He was stressed. His muscles ached from the recent fight and screamed out for him to rest, but he simply ignored. The pain would pass. Besides, he wasn't ready to return to the dorms just yet. Too much people for his liking.
His leather jacket was tossed over his shoulder. He didn't want the blood from his wound to ruin it. Speaking of the wound. Ben's eyes opened and glanced down at the gaping wound on his arm. The guy got him good. He should probably wrap it up before it got any worse.
Benjamin simply stared for a moment before reaching out towards it and tearing off a piece of loose skin. He whined slightly. The skin apparently wasn't as loose as he thought. The blood flow began to quicken and he groaned. "I guess I need to go get it wrapped..." With that in mind, he reluctently straightened up, leaving his spot against the tree and started off towards the school.
